This week is National Volunteer Week, and all of us at the Lanesboro Public Library would like to extend our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all of our volunteers for their dedicated service.
We couldn’t do it without you!
National Library Week is a time to celebrate the contributions of our nation’s libraries and librarians and to promote library use and support. The theme this year is Communities matter @ your library. Help us celebrate National Library Week by going to the library’s Facebook page between April 14-20 and post a few words about why the LPL matters to the community.
The Lanesboro Public Library offers drop-in computer & technology help sessions from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Anyone may stop in and get one-on-one assistance with basic computer instruction including: internet browsing, e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets, also e-Readers, OverDrive audiobook & eBook borrowing.
We hope to see you April 3 and 9 for the next story times!
