>Summer Reading Program Kick-Off May 31st: What’s Buzzin’ @ Your Library

>This year’s Summer Reading Program runs from May 31st through July 29th. Coordinators Stefanie Dickens and Amanda Davis have been busy as bees, building a hive of fun activities. Come to the Kick-Off to learn more!

Tuesday, May 31, 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Community Center Gym.
Sign up for the Summer Reading Program and enjoy cookies and punch!
Performance by Peter Bloedel, 6:30-7:30.

Peter is a guitar-picking, chainsaw-juggling professor of theatre at Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, MN. His performance will be a fast-paced, fun-filled vaudeville-type act for children and families including juggling, music, and magic!

This event is free and open to the public.

The Library will be open until 9:00!

The Summer Reading Program for kids is sponsored by the Library as a fun and educational activity that prevents documented “reading loss” over the summer. Thanks to the Friends of the Library for helping fund Mr. Bloedel’s performance!
